CHECK and set up DUPLEX option on the HP-4015 printer.

Go to "Devices and Printers"

1. Double click on the printer icon. You will get this window if the HP-4015 drivers are loaded.

2. Click on "Customize your printer" from this window.

NOTE: OR you can right click on the PRINTER ICON, select "Printer Properties".

Under the General TAB.
Check to see if your local settings are set up for Double Sided. No???
If no, go to next step.

3. Select the "Device Settings TAB. Look down at Duplex unit setting. If not installed,
change settings to "Installed"

 Click Apply/OK.

You should now be able to print Duplex.
